The Service is available through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at feedback@getsubtex.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days of your notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Subtex agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You and Subtex agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
