When a QR exchange occurs, the profile fields you've enabled are shared with the other party — and vice versa. You control what's on your profile.
We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing) who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services on our behalf.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Subtex, our users, or others.
If Subtex is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Notes and tags you create are stored on your device and in your account. You may delete them at any time within the app.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the Subtex app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
